The role requires proven sales experience, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. The ideal candidate will develop training materials and conduct training sessions, contributing to the growth of sales associates. NetDocuments is a fast‑growing SaaS company, and we are expanding our Sales Enablement team to better equip our sales organization for continued success. Our goal is to retain and attract talented associates as we are committed to building a world class training and development team for their support. This is an in‑office position in our Winnersh, UK office.
We are looking for the right candidate that brings successful SaaS sales experience along with the ability to train, coach, mentor, and consistently develop sales professionals. If you have direct experience in this area or a strong desire to use your sales experience and skill set to develop top performing sales associates and leaders, then the NetDocuments Sales Enablement team may be a good fit for you.
