A boutique residential property management company based in Watford seeks a full-time Admin & Compliance Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure compliance. You will supervise the admin team and support daily office activities, acting as a key contact for clients and colleagues. Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and skilled in project management. Experience in property management is a bonus but not essential. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment.
