Job summary

A leading technology firm in energy is seeking a Senior People Experience Manager to enhance employee engagement across the entire employee journey. You will develop strategies that foster a high-performing culture and be involved in DEIB and ESG programs. This strategic yet hands-on role requires experience in people programmes within technology environments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating inclusive workplaces. The position involves a minimum of 2 office days weekly.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in People Experience programmes, ideally within technology.
  • Ability to design large-scale engagement projects with data-driven ROI metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and change management.

  • Lead initiatives for wellbeing and resilience throughout the employee journey.
