The Director, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – Construction (EMEA) is accountable for providing strategic leadership, governance, and performance oversight of HSE across all data center construction activities in the EMEA region. This role ensures that construction projects are executed in accordance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and all applicable country-specific legal requirements. The Director leads and develops regional construction HSE teams and drives consistent implementation of risk controls, contractor assurance, incident learning, and a proactive safety culture across multiple countries, sites, and delivery partners.
