You will have:

1. 6+ years PQE specialising in either Contentious or Non-Contentious UK Construction Law.
2. Experience gained in a highly reputable Construction team.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, IChemE, and Logic, with a focus on JCT and NEC.
4. Experience in drafting warranties, appointments, novations, bonds, and development agreements.
