Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, office-based Admin & Compliance Manager to join our friendly team in Watford.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a small business. You will oversee administrative operations, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support the smooth running of the office. You’ll also supervise the admin team and act as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients, and contractors.

You’ll work closely with the managing director, playing an important part in keeping the business organised, compliant, and delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident supervising and supporting a small office team
  • Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • An excellent project manager
  • Clear and friendly in their communication with leaseholders, directors, and colleagues
  • Experienced in administration, with a good eye for detail and process
  • Able to manage budgets and keep financial records organized
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role and being part of a close-knit team
  • Experience in residential property management or compliance is a bonus, but not essential
