A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an HR Adviser to provide first-line HR advice and support in employee relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly within an FM environment, and strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. This role includes advising on HR policies, managing disputes, and supporting line managers with compliance.
