Job summary

A well-established company in the telecom sector is looking for an Employee Relations Officer to join their HR team. You will provide comprehensive ER support and act as a first point of contact for queries while contributing to strategic HR projects. This hybrid role requires experience in employee relations and HR case management, offering a rate of £20-27 per hour for an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

  • Qualified or working towards a CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR and employee relations case management.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee and manager queries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Prepare ER and HR related reports.
  • Draft employee outcome letters and HR policies.
  • Manage a portfolio of ER cases.
  • Provide advice on ER and HR policies to managers.
  • Track and assess workplace situations in relation to cases.
