The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and financial governance.**Key Responsibilities:****Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation**Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads in banking transformation programs.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with sprint and release goals.Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.**Project Delivery & Governance****Change-Management****Budget & Financial Tracking****Risk & Issue Management****Required Skills & Experience:**8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master.Strong experience in **Banking/Financial Services domain** (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Core Banking, Regulatory projects).Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).Experience managing **delivery budgets, financial tracking, and risk governance**.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps.Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management processes.Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SM) preferred.
