AJW are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Logistics Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics function. You'll manage the day to day operations of a 365 24/7 global logistics team.
The shift for this role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
Support operational activities and drive process improvements
Monitor supplier performance and manage departmental KPIs
Ensure compliance with all import/export and export control procedures
Coach and mentor team members, including Logistics Team Leaders
Promote a strong, collaborative team culture focused on performance
Assist in budget management and identifying cost efficiencies
Support tech-based solutions to improve productivity
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong people skills with team leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of import/export compliance and logistics best practices
Comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decision-making
