A regional educational institution is seeking an experienced Lecturer in Public Services. Pay: Up to £39,725 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: 37 hours per week (52 weeks) – Full Time
We are looking for a lecturer who is passionate about education, experienced in the field, and committed to inspiring the next generation of professionals through engaging, inclusive, and practical teaching.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities. We have a variety of students from the surrounding area and are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.
Salary range: £25,599 to £39,725 per annum. Starting salary will depend on experience and qualifications. Salary increases within the band on an annual basis.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, of which 25 hours delivery. Actual hours agreed with manager.
Teachers delivering courses in the following subjects may receive targeted retention incentive payments: Building and Construction, Computing, Early Years, Engineering and Manufacturing, Maths, Physics.

Annual leave: 37 days plus public bank holidays and concessionary days. Pension scheme – Teachers' Pension.
9 months. Completion of induction and mandatory training is required to give successful completion of probation.
For staff holding these roles, additional training is required.
Based cross campus; may be required to work at other locations from time to time.
