Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Young People
Are you passionate about supporting children, young people, and families facing challenging circumstances? Whether you’ve worked in youth services, residential care, education, or community support, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our dedicated team at ABL Health, a values-driven organisation committed to reducing health inequalities and improving lives through community-based support.
You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team delivering personalised, one-to-one support to children and young people across a variety of settings: at home, in schools, and within the community. Our clients may be experiencing a range of needs, including suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity, mental health challenges, trauma, and behaviours considered complex or high‑risk.
In this role, you will build trusting relationships with children, young people, and their families, delivering structured support plans tailored to each individual’s needs. You will work closely with clinicians and support colleagues to ensure a joined‑up, consistent approach, contributing to assessments and interventions under the guidance of our Clinical Lead. You will promote positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personal development in young people, while maintaining accurate and professional records using digital tools and systems. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone confident working independently while also valuing team collaboration.
Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
