A compassionate care organization in Farnham seeks an IT Support Technician for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will join a supportive IT team, providing hands-on IT support and helping ensure systems function smoothly. Salary: £33,416 per annum WTE
Hours: 37 hours per week, worked Monday – Friday
Location: Farnham / Guildford / Flexible working across sites

We have an opening for a full time IT Support Technician for a 6-month fixed term contract, working within our friendly and supportive IT Team, based at our site in Farnham, Surrey.
This role will provide additional capacity within the IT team during a period of transition, supporting staff and volunteers across the organisation. You will deliver professional, hands‑on IT support, helping ensure our systems and services continue to run smoothly and reliably.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will support a range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 devices, telephony, and core business applications, responding to support requests, assisting with device setup and user onboarding, and helping resolve day‑to‑day IT issues.

We are based in Farnham, Camberley and Guildford, and provide bespoke, compassionate palliative and end‑of‑life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North‑East Hampshire.
