The Senior Commercial Director is accountable for the leadership, governance, and performance of STRABAG’s commercial operations across its building portfolio. The role provides strategic oversight of commercial strategy, risk management, procurement, and financial performance, while acting as a key member of the Business Unit leadership team. In addition to commercial excellence, the role contributes directly to wider business leadership, supporting business planning, growth strategy, client engagement, and organisational development. The Senior Commercial Director embeds ESG, ED&I, and social value outcomes into commercial decision‑making and prepares for progression into a Business Unit Director (Commercial) role.
