A leading logistics company is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor in Sandford Hill, UK. The role involves overseeing night operations, driving performance to meet KPIs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in operational logistics and strong leadership skills. Knowledge of KiSoft and IFS is preferred. This position offers a dynamic working environment with responsibilities ranging from team management to process optimization.
The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and leading operations on the night shift. This includes both Ground-Floor and First-Floor operations after midnight. Areas of responsibility include, Bulk, WID/WID_L, Fridges, NWL, HAZ/ANA, CDS, Despatch, Automation and manual picking/packing areas and replenishment.
There will also be an element of Goods-In due to daily early morning deliveries. Key Responsibilities include, supervising daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Driving performance to meet productivity and quality KPI’s. Ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety regulations. Effectively utilising the Warehouse Management System to optimise operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of warehouse systems (particularly KiSoft and IFS).
