Qualifications

  • Background as a quota-bearing Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of mid-market AEs to drive performance.
  • Contribute to the development of a Sales Playbook.
  • Conduct weekly sales processes and deal-level support sessions.
  • Assess expansion opportunities with RevOps.
  • Oversee team recruitment and performance management.
  • Foster a customer-first and data-driven culture.
