A leading global real estate services firm is looking for a Workplace Strategy Lead to oversee complex asset planning and occupancy strategies. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and five to seven years of experience in corporate real estate. Responsibilities include directing planning activities, managing projects, and preparing reports for clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service, relationship management skills, and proficiency in relevant software. Oversees and provides occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity, and demand of Client’s portfolio of space. Ensuring planning exercises align with the client strategic vision and are often responsible for a campus, headquarters, or region of the portfolio comprised of locations with more concentrated headcount.
