A leading technology firm based in Stoke on Trent is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is crucial for delivering a seamless recruitment experience, involving vacancy advertising, coordination of interviews, and candidate management. Ideal candidates will have recruitment coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS. Rapiscan Detection is an industry leader in detection technology, providing cargo and vehicle inspection systems and services for ports, borders, military, high‑threat facilities, and checkpoints to help customers combat terrorism, drug smuggling, illegal immigration, and trade fraud. We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low, medium, and high‑energy X‑ray technology or multiple X‑ray technologies to address each customer’s unique security application requirements.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and external partners to ensure our recruitment processes are efficient, engaging, and aligned with our employer brand.
