A global healthcare agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to help with the recruitment process across various roles. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in recruitment and HR. The role involves supporting recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, reviewing applications, and booking interviews. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the very beginning of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a busy and collaborative team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly for various positions across our service offerings and offices. You will support with a wide range of administrative tasks, such as posting job adverts, reviewing applications, booking interviews, greeting and communicating with candidates. Over time, you will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and develop the knowledge required to progress within the team.
This is a fast-paced, varied and rewarding role where you will learn from experienced Talent Acquisition colleagues and contribute to a positive candidate experience across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Foundation Certificate in People Practice, which usually takes around 16 months to complete. The apprenticeship training will be provided by BPP and will include tutor support, access to a virtual learning environment and regular webinars. Then, our recruitment process includes a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. If successful, this will be followed by a short assessment (made up of a proofreading task and written exercise) and a formal interview with senior members of our Talent Acquisition team. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 2-3 weeks, however, this can be adapted if necessary.
