Job summary
A dynamic trusted service provider in Oxford is seeking a Fraud/Disputes Analyst to make a significant impact by ensuring safe customer transactions. In this role, you will conduct KYC checks, investigate accounts for fraudulent activity, and efficiently resolve customer disputes. Ideal candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of two years' experience in KYC checks or customer service. This position requires reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
