A global ecommerce leader is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape their shipping tools product strategy. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of product management experience, preferably in international shipping. About the team and the role:

We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of logistics, to empower sellers through state-of-the-art shipping tools.

eBay is looking for an experienced Product Manager to implement and shape our shipping tools product strategy. Developing a platform to support and delight users from many distinct markets carries with it many challenges. Ideally you have previously developed global product strategies that enable and drive innovation and created a positive impact on your customers. You will work closely with our regional and global business leaders, product and domain leads to identify and build core capabilities, improve utility of features common to multiple key partners, and also solve for local conditions critical to market success.

What you will accomplish:
  • Defining the product vision and roadmap for international shipping, aligning with eBay’s overall goals.

  • Working with engineering, business, operations, legal, and finance teams across different international locations to drive end-to-end execution.

  • Understanding the needs of sellers and buyers involved in cross-border trade and developing solutions to address those needs.

  • Creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and making trade-offs based on customer impact and business value.

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product features, from ideation and design to development and launch.

  • Tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in international shipping performance.

  • Finding opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience in international shipping, including exploring new technologies and business models.

  • Ensuring that products and services align with relevant international laws and regulations.

What you will bring:
  • 7+ years of strong product management experience

  • Experience in international shipping and logistics an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with cross functional teams and international stakeholders.
