A Global Talent Acquisition company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner in Greater London. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes while building diverse teams across multiple regions. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in Sales and Marketing roles. An inclusive workplace and understanding company culture are key. This position requires working three days a week from the office and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to recruiting efforts actively.
Smartly is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our team! As a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will work to elevate and scale teams across EMEA and occasionally in the NORAM and APAC regions. Day to day, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, building pipelines, managing stakeholder relationships and managing candidates through the whole recruitment process.

Please note that the expectation is that you will work three days per week from the office.
