Job summary

A not-for-profit organization based in Liverpool is seeking a Service Charge Officer to manage service charge budgets and customer service related to invoices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of finance experience or be AAT qualified, alongside strong numeracy and IT skills. Responsibilities include budgeting, statement preparation, and customer inquiries. This hybrid role offers £250 per day for a contract period of 3 months.

Qualifications

  • AAT qualified or minimum of 2 years experience in a finance role.
  • Good standard of numeracy, literacy, accuracy required.
  • Experience in a similar organization dealing with service charges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce accurate service charge budgets.
  • Support financial accounting team with service charge notices.
  • Prepare accurate statements of accounts for service charges.
