As an Account Executive with Popmenu, you'll be part of a growing sales team whose mission is to revolutionize the way restaurants do business. You will work collaboratively with your regional team to develop strategies and messaging that drive awareness and sustain a strong client pipeline. As an owner of relationships, you play a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio in both new and established markets—accelerating growth for both Popmenu and the restaurant industry. Our Account Executives are innovators in prospecting, skilled at articulating the long-term ROI of restaurant technology and enthusiastic about our product and purpose.

Who We Are: Popmenu is a fast-growing restaurant technology company transforming how restaurants attract, engage, and serve their guests. Founded in 2016 and now serving around 12,000 locations worldwide, we've pioneered a dynamic menu experience that converts more browsers into customers and replaces numerous individual marketing tools with one integrated platform. We are focused on rapidly building our presence across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a territory of restaurant and hospitality prospects across the UK
  • Generate new business through a mix of outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers (owners, operators, GMs)
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience post-sale
  • Represent Popmenu at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
