Mainstream 100-strong Civil/Structural Engineers has a requirement for a Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join the expanding civil infrastructure (roads & drainage) team.

Candidates will be considered who graduated 2024-2026, and they must have a MEng/MSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering (2:1 min), along with Graduate membership of ICE and will be considered with zero post-graduation experience. They should be technically strong and be looking to advance their career in roads and drainage design.

• Contribute to roads and drainage design for current and upcoming civil infrastructure projects in Greater London, including new-build and refurbishment developments.
• Assist with project delivery on fast-track programmes and phased developments, supporting senior engineers as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality, feasibility, and compliance with relevant standards.

• Graduated in 2024–2026 with an MEng or MSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering (minimum 2:1).
• Graduate membership of the ICE.
• Evidence of strong technical ability and a proactive, dynamic approach.
• No post-graduation experience required or minimal experience accepted.
