Overview
Senior Sales Executive (Enterprise Software Sales) — Permanent, Remote working (Within UK). UK Citizens preferred. No visa sponsorship.
Primary skill requirements: Account executive experience with understanding of Oracle Apps and/or Tech, Cloud and SaaS Solutions; experience with Sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage prospective clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to position the company as a trusted partner for their technology needs.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Manage a portfolio of clients across an industry sector. Leverage Oracle Apps and/or Tech and consulting services to position and sell the company’s offerings.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand pain points and requirements. Propose tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio, including Oracle services, Cloud solutions, and SaaS offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Use CRM systems and sales tools to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and prioritise activities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with internal teams (sales support, marketing, delivery) to ensure alignment and deliver value to clients. Leverage internal resources to address client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to Oracle technologies, Cloud, and SaaS. Use insights to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Customer Success: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions. Foster long-term relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role with a track record of overachieving sales targets.
- Experience positioning and selling consulting services with strong understanding of Oracle Apps and/or Tech.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS solutions; ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value and revenue growth.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
- Willingness to travel; role covers the Western Europe market.
