A leading accommodation provider is seeking a Night-Time Customer Service Assistant in Cardiff. This role involves delivering exceptional service to residents, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of communal areas throughout the night shift. Responsibilities include managing resident inquiries, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining refreshment stocks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and experience in customer service. This position offers an hourly rate of £13 with various employee benefits and a focus on career development.

Contract: Permanent, 9 hours per week
Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, Saturday nights

Provide an exceptional & personalised service to residents by anticipating and delivering to their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience, whilst maintaining the upkeep of our site & facilities.
