A leading training provider is seeking an Employment Coach to support individuals in achieving sustainable employment. This full-time position involves managing client caseloads, providing individual guidance, and developing job search materials. Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 2 in customer service and GCSEs in English and Mathematics. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and demonstrate effective teamwork skills while maintaining a proactive approach. Competitive compensation is offered.
