We’re currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 – just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out keyword research and identifying SEO opportunities across the site
  • Optimising on-page SEO, including metadata, copy, internal links and image alt text
  • Running technical SEO audits and raising development tickets for fixes
  • Monitoring organic performance and producing insight‑led reports
  • Tracking competitor activity and search engine results page trends to spot risks and opportunities
  • Improving internal linking structures to support site performance
  • Working with Merchandising and Buying teams to deliver SEO‑ready campaign pages
  • Supporting SEO testing across content, templates and user experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Brings hands‑on SEO experience, ideally within ecommerce or multi‑site environments
  • Understands core technical SEO principles and their impact on site performance
  • Is confident using SEO and analytics tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and report on outcomes
  • Communicates clearly and collaboratively
  • Is comfortable working with data in Excel or Sheets and has a basic understanding of HTML and CMS templates
  • Has experience using AI‑powered SEO tools and can critically assess their outputs
