Lothian DAF are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee their sales team. We’re looking for someone with a proven record in sales management within the commercial vehicle sector, combined with strong leadership skills. You’ll be instrumental in guiding our team to hit ambitious sales volume and financial targets.
- Managing departmental performance, profit & loss and daily operations.
- Motivating and developing your sales team to consistently exceed all sales objectives.
- Driving significant business growth and expanding our customer base.
- Overseeing key accounts and to foster long term loyalty.
- Ensuring adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar sales management role.
- Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Sound commercial vehicle knowledge (DAF experience is a bonus).
- Exceptional leadership abilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.A passion for delivering outstanding customer service that keeps customers coming back.
