Overview

JMAC are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to join their hire and sales organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across their hire and sales product portfolio. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and maximising profitability through strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Conduct lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and market prospecting activities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend the most effective solutions.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to maximise ongoing business potential.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to improve service offerings and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasting pipelines, and weekly activity updates.
  • Support operational planning to ensure availability and timely delivery of hire and scaffolding services.
