The role involves managing the sales cycle, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. As a Commercial Account Executive I, you’ll play a key role in driving new revenue by identifying and developing opportunities across both new logo and existing customer accounts. You’ll bring proven experience in prospecting, running discovery conversations and demos, and will be ready to build your skills in negotiating and closing new business with plenty of support from us along the way.
You’ll be curious about your customers, understand their use cases, and know how to engage across multiple departments and industries. Success in this role means confidently going after new business, building trusted relationships, and shaping the way customers use Box.
