A local hospitality employer in Chichester is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead the reception team. As Head Receptionist, you’ll lead the daily operation of our Reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalised welcome that sets the tone for their visit. You’ll also supervise and inspire our Receptionists, supporting their training, development, and motivation.
What do you need to be successful?
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality or leisure.
