Yardi is seeking individuals who combine a strong technicalaptitude with a customer-service mindset to join our Global Solutions Team asAssociate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). Your role as an ATAM will involveproviding technical support for a wide range of Yardi's software solutions,which are designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate marketsacross the globe. You will play a key role in resolving software issues overemail and phone and collaborating closely with clients. Your ability to combinetechnical expertise with a customer-centric approach will be instrumental infostering strong client relationships and driving their success with Yardi'ssolutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Utilize yourproblem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot application issues,proactively addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer support during product implementations and software upgrades,ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Follow up on any issuesthat require additional research or information from clients, ensuringthorough and timely resolution.
  • Prepare detailed write-upsfor escalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensivedocumentation for issue resolution.
  • Foster strongrelationships with customers, conducting coordinated weekly calls tofacilitate setups and maintain ongoing connections.
  • Collaboration closely withGlobal Solutions team members across the US, actively contributing to thecollective success of the team.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Apassion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Highproficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support over email andphone, effectively assisting customers.
  • Outstandingcustomer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed expectations andensure client satisfaction.
  • Excellentattention to detail and a diligent approach to following processes,ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Flexibilityand the ability to adapt to changing priorities, efficiently managingtasks and projects.
Ideal to have:
  • Knowledge of accountingprinciples, which will enhance your understanding and ability to addressclient inquiries related to financial processes.
  • SQL Server and web Serverknowledge.
  • Previous experience intechnical support and application troubleshooting, providing you with astrong foundation for this role.
