The New Business Sales Vice President – CCaaS Solutions, as a sole contributor, is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK&I. This role focuses on identifying, developing and closing opportunities with Enterprise and Mid‑Market clients seeking to modernise their customer engagement through CCaaS, AI and digital CX transformation.
You’ll lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to contract closure, working collaboratively with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver market‑leading cloud contact centre solutions.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of CCaaS platforms (e.g. NICE, Genesys, Five9, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc) and the value they bring to customer engagement, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
