The primary role of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to provide sales and Go to Market (GTM) support to facilitate and drive increased adoption of the NICE Compliance solutions (Communication capture/recording, Communication Archive, and Markets and Communications Surveillance) with the Financial Markets sector. The SME is responsible for understanding the financial services market, highlighting key regulations, business processes, and opportunities across the trading lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on market opportunities and detail how NICE can address the opportunity
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth within the market segment and support sales on new opportunities
  • Deliver value in trading/markets compliance and support business transformation within trading operations, leveraging industry best practices and NICE solutions
  • Propose solution ideas that create measurable value and improve ROI for clients and profit for NICE
  • Engage with industry bodies to understand regulatory changes and document their impact on customers
  • Maintain ongoing interaction with customers as a trusted advisor, educating them about our solutions and understanding evolving challenges
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of communications and/or trade compliance experience with detailed understanding of trade operations in various markets; leadership experience in banking/trading environments or related consulting/technology firms is preferred
  • Subject matter expertise in trading compliance, trade execution processes, and trading operations; working knowledge of technical infrastructure is a plus
  • Business development experience with enterprise/SaaS solutions in Financial Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
