We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical bias to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.

About the Multi-Skilled Engineer

You will be working in a high-end commercial building, focusing on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off days and nights.

Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer:

• Overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
• Maintenance on electrical distribution systems and control panels
• Knowledge of HVAC maintenance
• PAT Testing and inspection
• Key components include AHUs, FCUs, Compressors, and chillers
• Repairs to building fabric, handyman duties, and services
• Fault finding on sockets and hand dryers
• PPM, Fire Alarm Tests, Sprinkler tests, and Emergency lighting

Requirements for Multi-Skilled Engineer:

• 18th Edition
• Level 3 in Electrical or Level 3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating
• Level 3 in Mechanical Installation
