Responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while upholding Plannr’s core values.
  • Represent the Brand: Confidently present Plannr’s products and services to medium- to large-sized firms.
  • Tailor Solutions: Develop customised product demos and proposals based on client needs and business goals.
  • Drive the Sales Cycle: Identify and nurture leads, manage opportunities through to close, and transition new clients seamlessly to the implementation team.
  • Forge Strong Relationships: Build long-term, trusted partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and positioning Plannr as their ideal solution.
  • Contribute Strategically: Gather client insights and relay feedback to influence product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Champion Innovation: Introduce data-driven sales strategies, explore new approaches, and help establish partnerships to expand Plannr’s reach.
Qualifications
  • A respected professional with 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Backoffice/CRM sales to the financial advice sector or B2B software sales and / or financial services.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities, solving problems, and making a measurable impact.
  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Someone with a can-do mentality, eager to collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Bonus: Experience as a consultant in financial services or expertise in financial advice markets.

We are only looking at candidates that can be available to visit the offices in Waterlooville / Portsmouth area a few times a week.
