Pictures for the People is an award winning social enterprise production company that helps businesses create outstanding video content while training and providing opportunities to disadvantaged young people. Working with Jobcentre Plus and The Prince’s Trust, we recruit unemployed and disadvantaged young people to participate in our productions. We collaborate with a diverse range of clients across different industries, producing commercials, animations, social video content, and event coverage.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Shoreditch, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, developing and executing content marketing plans, and coordinating social media activities. Additionally, the role includes analysing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments.
Key areas/responsibilities will include:
- Social media management, particularly LinkedIn
- Paid advertising via Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- SEO strategy and delivery.
- E mail marketing/monthly newsletters
- Excellent copywriting to tell our story.
Extensive knowledge/experience in the areas above are required.
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a marketing manager role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management
- Experience in Content Marketing and Advertising
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and reporting
- Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with video production is an advantage
