TUALCOM is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced GNSS and RF systems for the defense and civil industries. We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our fast growth has necessitated us to seek a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the UK and potentially international markets, in line with the Sales Manager’s strategy. You will proactively seek out potential customers and develop relationships with key decision-makers to promote and sell our products.
  • Sales and Marketing: As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with the marketing department to execute sales strategies, participate in trade shows and exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
  • Technical Expertise: Being well-versed in the technical aspects of our products and services is crucial. You will act as a technical consultant and be able to speak confidently about our products, understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products to meet their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with existing clients is a priority. You will provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, produce quotes and offer technical support to ensure maximum satisfaction and foster loyalty. Disciplined usage of our CRM and following up all sales leads through to conclusion is crucial.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare for existing and potential client presentations in support of the experienced team. You will work to learn the pitch and become comfortable with it to deliver them yourself in an articulate and technical manner.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the GNSS, RF, and Radio Navigation sectors and report these to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, communication engineering, or industrial engineering is preferred. Equivalent qualifications in related fields will also be considered.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate must have experience with selling technical products and services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical acumen and familiarity with electronic components and systems is essential. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility: The role requires travel within the UK and occasionally abroad to engage with clients and attend industry events. Candidates must be open to travel as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as you will be engaging with stakeholders, including a diverse range of customers and team members. Native Turkish language skills are highly desirable.
  • Self-Driven: The successful candidate must be highly motivated and proactive to learn about sales processes and master our products. They will exhibit behavior to deliver accurate work, keep up with a fast-paced sales environment, find opportunities and have an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Data Minded: This role requires knowledge and experience using business systems (CRM, ERP, and Data Analysis) to help navigate the client space as well as fully grasp how the full spectrum of products translate into our business systems. It is expected the candidate will be able to produce reports and client quotes with ease once they have learned the product portfolio.
  • Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork are essential in our organization. The candidate should be a team player, willing to share knowledge and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
