  • Hybrid working – 3 days in our Angel office
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Full-time role; would consider 4 days/week
  • Digital agency working in the Hospitality, Travel, Food & Drink and Entertainment sectors

Key responsibilities
  • Implement a sales & marketing strategy that generates leads from Propeller’s target audience
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Collaborate with our Design team to develop compelling content, messaging, and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Working with the Chief Growth Officer, manage Propeller’s marketing budget, evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise results
  • Participate in direct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels to arrange sales meetings
  • Own the Propeller website, ensuring content and structure is relevant, up-to-date, optimised and performant
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters and email copy
  • Ensure we have relevant client case studies to be used in Propeller’s marketing collateral and in pitch decks
  • Work with the Growth team to respond to RFPs and in putting together pitch decks, and attend pitches when relevant.
