Job summary
A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of customer interactions, ensuring superb service delivery through the maintenance and repair of Flowbird equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident individual.
- Ability to provide world-class customer service.
- Familiarity with Flowbird equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance and repairs on Flowbird equipment.
- Coordinate active response and scheduled calls effectively.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and fix customer equipment as required.
- Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Document actions and maintain administrative tasks to agreed standards.
