The INEOS Acetyls UK site at Hull is top tier COMAH registered, and the job holder has a key role in ensuring the plant is operated safely to meet the company’s and the regulator’s expectations with safety performance and operational integrity.

We are looking for an experienced Integrity Engineer to join our team at Hull. This role is responsible for defining, evaluating and reporting on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Ineos requirements for safe, reliable operations.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the inspection portfolio / Inspection Database Management System
  • Define written Schemes of Examinations
  • Analyses and reports on Inspection & NDT results
  • Carries out Risk Based Inspection assessments
  • Provide technical support to Inspectors in preparation of inspection work scopes and review of Inspection findings
  • Investigate and report on in-service equipment degradation and failures
  • Plans and supports inspections for plant Turnarounds & Projects
  • Carries out Fitness for Service assessments
  • Defines and Monitors Integrity Operating Windows
Technical Skills
  • Holds safety as your number one priority
  • Experienced Integrity Engineer (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
