- Work on property disputes, contentious probate, and commercial disputes.

Skills
Prosperity Law LLP is looking to appoint a litigation solicitor with 2–8 years PQE (candidates with relevant experience outside this range may also be considered) to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate will have litigation experience and will be expected to work on a varied case load.
- Work on a varied case load including:
- Property disputes
- Contentious probate
- Commercial disputes
- Support the Partner/Head of Department to achieve team objectives
- Provide excellent client service
- Support other team members, including junior members of the team and support staff
- Good technical IT skills
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Good decision‑making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player willing to work with others on cases
- Ability to manage own caseload under supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service
- Ability to exercise initiative in relation to business development
