Litigation Solicitor – Contentious Property / Probate / Commercial

Prosperity Law LLP is looking to appoint a litigation solicitor with 2–8 years PQE (candidates with relevant experience outside this range may also be considered) to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate will have litigation experience and will be expected to work on a varied case load.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a varied case load including:
  • Property disputes
  • Contentious probate
  • Commercial disputes
• Support the Partner/Head of Department to achieve team objectives
• Provide excellent client service
• Support other team members, including junior members of the team and support staff
