Job Description

We are looking for a Client Care Advisor for our Stafford Practice to deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets. You will act as the friendly face for clients, support the clinical team, communicate appointments, process payments, and maintain a clean environment.

Typical Day

Your focus will be providing outstanding client service and building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.

You will greet each client, offer support and guidance, manage payments and future bookings, coordinate routine operations using the online booking system, and maintain cleanliness throughout the practice.

This is a part‑time role: Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Saturday 9 am – 2 pm.
