A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a driven Consultant Development Manager to lead HVAC innovation in the Midlands. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with consultant customers and maximize sales opportunities across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant customers to ensure Daikin is specified in their projects.
  • Sales Growth: Maximise sales opportunities and achieve agreed targets through face-to-face and virtual customer visits.
  • Specification Development: Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to deliver high-quality project specifications and expand Daikin’s product range.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for consultant firms, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and manage project pipelines, track progress in CRM, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Training & Upskilling: Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to enhance customer knowledge of Daikin products and industry legislation.
