A leading fashion and technology company in Greater London is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee key brand partnerships. This role involves maximizing demand through strategic account management, utilizing data insights for performance improvement, and ensuring marketplace policies are adhered to. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills, a track record in managing strategic accounts, and the ability to influence stakeholders. This position requires a balance of leadership and operational skills to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
As the Senior Account Manager - Partner Fulfils, youll be the goto for our biggest brand partners, leading the ASOS Partner Fulfils Account Management team to drive revenue, optimise performance, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Reporting into the Head of Partner Fulfils, youll turn insights into action, keep trading sharp, and make sure Partner Fulfils shows up brilliantly for our customers.
Youll work handinhand with Product, Studios, Marketing, Technology, Customer Care & Accounts and, of course, our brand partners, to deliver ambitious growth and bestinclass service across the Partner Fulfils channel.
