Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions
  • Coordinate with local partner to develop local sales network to achieve sales targets, ensuring that new dealerships meet Xpeng standards;
  • Monitor and analyze sales & dealership performance and suggest improvements;
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Local partner;
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales report and forecasts;
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board;
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor degree above, with at least 5 years experience in automobile industry
  • Proven work experience to develop network in automobile industry
  • Knowledge of local sales process, sales channels, sales policy and related taxation regulation
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude
