A leading property consultancy based in Kettering is seeking a Building Surveying Lead to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance across complex property portfolios. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with evolving regulations and drive organisational objectives while leading a multi-disciplinary team. Berrys land and property. Working from four offices across the Midlands, we offer an array of services - planning, architecture, building surveying, valuation and business consultancy - to help our clients make the most of their assets.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary development team made up of engineers, surveyors, archaeologists, planners and architects. You will be part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities. However, it is small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections.
A strategic requirement has arisen for a Building Surveying Lead in our Kettering office. The role will provide strategic leadership and expert guidance across complex property portfolios with both commercial and residential properties. The role involves shaping the long-term building surveying strategy, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and advising senior stakeholders on investment decisions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive organisational objectives. The successful candidate will have a track record of growing teams, creating brand awareness and establishing strong networks and relationships.
37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly Monday-Friday in line with our Agile Working Philosophy.
