Role Overview

You’ll develop and execute performance creative strategies using data insights to drive results. Working across UGC, motion, and design formats, you’ll collaborate with design, production, and media teams to shape campaigns and optimise creative output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-led creative strategies for Meta and TikTok campaigns
  • Analyse performance data and identify testing opportunities
  • Script, brief, and oversee creative assets across video and design formats
  • Collaborate with account managers, media buyers, and production teams
  • Contribute to testing frameworks and strategic planning
  • Write and optimise ad copy using behavioural and psychological principles
  • Participate in client meetings and present strategic recommendations
  • Stay current with creative trends and platform innovations
  • Manage multiple projects with commercial focus and precision
Required Skills and Experience
  • 2–3+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven success with Meta and/or TikTok performance creative
