About Swan Analytical USA

We are building a different kind of technology company, putting design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. Founded in London in 2020, we have grown from an idea to a global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV, EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, we are now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.

Why you should join us

Do you ever wonder what it takes to launch a new mobile phone on a global scale? It's chaos the good kind! Our Global People team is the co-pilot to the business leaders making that magic happen, from the cutting-edge AI and Product ID teams right through to Marketing and Finance. We're a small, mighty, and highly strategic crew, moving at the speed of product roadmaps and go-to-market campaigns. This isn't your average HR role; it's about rolling up your sleeves to tackle massive, global organisational challenges every single day.

What You'll Do
  • Be the strategic co-pilot for our core HQ functional leaders (Marketing, AI, Legal, Finance, etc.), translating their global product roadmaps and commercial goals into tangible, high-impact People strategy and interventions.
  • Design and deliver organisation-wide change projects, everything from complex workforce planning and organisational restructures for fast-moving product teams to defining the spans & layers needed for global scale-up.
  • Develop and implement high-stakes compensation and incentive schemes directly tied to commercial and product KPIs, ensuring pay governance and market competitiveness globally.
  • Act as the trusted counsel and coach to senior executives, providing decisive, pragmatic guidance on complex people issues, crisis response, and high-pressure situations like product launches and corporate shifts.
  • Analyse complex HR data and build robust business cases using advanced Excel models to inform senior stakeholder decision-making and report critical people metrics.
What You Can Bring
  • 10+ years' significant HR experience with a proven track record in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Management role, ideally within fast-paced technology or mobile/consumer electronics sector.
  • Expert-level command of Organisational Development principles and a verifiable history of successfully delivering large-scale change projects in a rapid product environment.
  • Solid experience in Total Rewards, designing commercial-linked compensation and bonus plans, and practical expertise in talent management and leadership development for senior/technical roles.
  • Exceptional resilience and ownership, comfortable working autonomously and delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling, particularly with Excel.
